I've read all this thread and it seems you can put a stock fender over a 23 if your careful, question is ... the people who have done it... did you buy or make the adaptors to move the fender up an inch or so?, I spoke with Hogpro and the one's they do are for baggers and wont fit.

I know this is an old thread, but are you guys running tubes with the 23" spoked? I'm looking at getting some wheels built and they said they don't need tubes because they have silicone sealant down in the drop center. Thoughts??

As long as the wheel is sealed you don't need a tube. I am running a 23 spoke without a tube and have had no problems.
