Same symptoms as mine when one of my rear turn lights burnt out. I changed both bulbs and then the other one started flaking. I cleaned all the bulb connectors in the rear and it's been fine since.

Are the turn signals both illuminating or is it the signal thing on the idiot lights that is blinking and the turn signals are not lighting up?

Same symptoms both right and left, front and rear?

Since there's no security, you're just dealing with the turn signal module. Either you have too much draw on the circuit for the module or else the module is bad. Since you state the bulbs are stock then either you have a short or incorrect wiring somewhere to cause the extra load on the circuit if that's the issue. Otherwise it's the module itself.

Find someone with the same module and swap them (and hope that your wiring isn't screwed up and you blow theirs too so you get to buy two modules instead of one). Otherwise, pop the pins out of the wiring harness for the left and right side turn signals and swap them to opposite sides and see if the problem follows the side of the circuit or the side of the module. That sounds like a pain to do but it's better than throwing a $150 part at it and finding out it's not the problem.
