Default Head pipe exhaust gaskets

What's the easiest way to install new ones with out buggering them up? They fit in there pretty tight, the original ones were in there real tight. Got them out and i'm having trouble geting the new gaskets in without messing them up. Any tips? Thanks...

I always give the out side edges of them a light coating of anti seize grease and they go in pretty easy.

It's not uncommon to screw one up, I did on my last install. I've read that quite a few people use grease like the op stated.
