Default Torque value for exhaust header bolts?

Hi all,

I'm installing a Vance & Hines full exhaust on my Heritage this weekend, and I was wondering what torque setting these should be at. I have a service manual on order, but I don't have it yet. Thanks

The lower nuts should be torqued to 9-18 in lbs first. Then torque the upper nuts to 100-120 in lbs. Then re torque the lower nuts to 100-120 in lbs.Use new crush gaskets as well.Good Luck.Pics when done

Okay thanks, not a problem. I have a few different torque wrenches, one that's specifically in lbs....
