They re quieter at idle but quite loud when you are on it. Here is a video mine.

I want one and now I know better. Next time a deal comes around, I'm pulling the trigger.

haha.. i know all about that timing thing.. or lack there of. good luck with finding one and keep us posted. Dr vtwin just posted vid of his(by the way Drew, thanks). i'm pretty sold on em now. just gotta break open the piggy bank. sigh... my kid doesnt have to go to college.... or need clothes.... or have to eat....right?
