I have the Harley Boots. I use them for riding and for gigs.

depending on the weather, and how im feeling, ill wear a a set of timberlands traditional style, or my steel toe timberland pros.. or sometimes just some air force ones lol...

but I was thinking about getting a really nice set of boots, and I heard Dayton boots were the $h!t !.... fully tailored to your foot, and made to order.. although Im personally not too fond of many of the styles. I do like the Hard Toe toughies tho.

I had an unpleasent experience in a dealer once and will never wear any boots with laces.
I wanted to see if I could reach the forward controls on a Wideglide and if they were comfortable.
So I stood the bike up off its stand and put my left foot up on the peg.
Just as soon as I got my foot on the peg the bike started to tip back over but when I tried to put my foot down.
The lace loop on my boot had looped over the shifter peg and I had a real scare until the kick stand caught the bike.
If I had put the stand up I would have been stuck wadded up in between at least a couple of bikes.
So I'll keep wearing boots with either no laces or zippers.

The wife understands my preferances and got me a set of these a couple of years ago.

A bit over decorated for my taste, but they do fit well and feel good.
