Me and the wife took our deluxe for a nice long ride today,left at 9:00 am just came home at 6:00,from daytona beach thru the ocala national forest ,down the west coast,crossed 50 into downtown orlando at 98 degrees!,to the space coast and back to daytona area,round trip almost 300 miles,eating those worthless lovebugs all the way and having a wasp fly up my long shorts stinging the hell out my leg,,,,,good ride though,,

 

965 miles, Daytona, Fl to Akron, Oh in 17 hours.

 

My Buddy and I rode out of Santa Rosa NM , not sure what time, and got home to Clarksville Ar. that night. I was riding my Heritage (nostalgia) and he was on his Electra-Glide. Not sure on the miles but I know well over 600 miles..

Illinois to North Carolina - - about 625 miles.

 

San Diego to Las Vegas 339 miles one way, in one day

 

My buddy and I left our homes in Nor Cal headed to Chandler, AZ. We reached his daughter's house 15 hours and 811 miles later. The trip home we went a slightly different route, took us about the same amount of time and 862 miles.

 

ok,i should of been more detailed,,how long on a softail,not a couch on wheels,lol ,my dad rode with us with his street glide,not so bad for him,,,

 

Lillington NC to Switzerland Co, IN a few times, 600 miles give or take a little. Several 500 mile days on a NC to CA trip. Did 450 on a Wide Glide once--once being the key word there.

Los Angeles to Lake Tahoe and back - a hair over 1000 miles in 19 hours.
