THX for all.
The stock bearings in the Crossbones wheel will work as will the bearing spacer. You evidently will have to add a spacer behind the pulley so that the hub width is the same as the stock width on your Nightrain.

I have to say your NT now looks like it should.
That CB rear wheel changed the entire feel of the bike.
Absolutely a Great Choice.

You won't or shouldn't need a spacer as the offset and spacers from your bike should be right. the reason a pulley spacer was needed, the other bike was an '06 and the offset is not the same, '08 and up are all the same

The spacer is to make up the difference in the wheel hub width and to align the pulley... I don't have the information to see if the wheel hubs widths and offset dimensions are the same between the two bikes he's referring to. While you may find that the axle to swing arm spacers are the same, what is important is that the pulley is properly aligned with the drive pulley at the transmission.

So... you need to measure both hubs. You also have to make sure that your brake rotor alignment will be exactly the same. There is usually some forgiveness in the alignment of your belt because it normally doesn't take up the full width of the drive pulley... but you want your tire centered in the swing arm and go from there. The bearing spacer and bearings will be the same and they won't make any difference in wheel alignment.

I have never had the luxury of making this change but would love to. I don't know where you get the pulley spacers (if you need one) but I would check drag specialties. I would be shocked if HD sold one. Hopefully, Black and Chrome is right and you can readily do the swap... but isn't one wheel a 17 and the other an 18?
