Who makes a tuner/programmer for 2011 Softail Deluxe????

I got the Dobeck TFI unit FI 1250ST model for my Blackline. Dobeck said it works with 2011 Softail's no problem. Only problem is I can't get the damn tank up high enough to get to the injectors to hook the damn thing up. If any of you know of how to get the tank lifted higher than 1" after removing the rear bolt as the instructions say, please advise my dumb butt cause I can't.
