We do our best to only deal with manufacturers who take care of business. We have worked very hard to weed out the bad seeds as much as possible.

I can claim the same. Right out of the box I took a rag and started waxing everything. I noticed the rag was catching a bit on the muffler. It was about the size of a pin-head and sat right at eye level when looking at the bike. I was worried it would start to flake. Called D&D, shipped the muffler back and they sent me another pretty much no questions asked.
Nice to know they treat others the same....

I will have to agree. I ordered a regular fatcat for my softail and it didn't look like the picture on their site or the site I ordered it off of. The cut on the muffler looked different and I was not happy with the look. They traded out the muffler for the longer heritage muffler and now I'm happy.
