I love chrome, but your bike is already blacked out. Those look out of place chromed on your bike.

I think some have used a scotch brite pad to give chrome the satin look?

Wrap them maybe 3/4's of the pipe and brush the rest of the chrome. Those pipes are sick, I wanted a set for my Rocker, but could find anyone who knew if they fit and Martins would answer the phone. Anyways Lookin' Sick Bro!
