Default Engine guard for my Lo

OK, I'm thinking of installing an engine guard on my 2010 Lo. Not for the looks, because I hate how most of these things look, but for additional protection of the bike. You never know...

I've been looking at different options from the MoCo:
1. I don't like the looks of the Mustache guards (HD part N° 49440-10), but maybe I haven't seen good pics. Are there pics out there to convince me of the opposite?
2. The 'standard' HD engine guards (HD part N° 49023-02A) seem to be too wide... Or am I wrong? Pics please!
3. Personally, the only ones that I could live with are the Nostalgic curved engine guards (HD part N° 49037-05A), that I would have powdercoated black. Has anyone put them on a Fatboy? Again, please post your pics!

Anyone any other opinions?

Thanks for the advice!

I went with 49442-10 (Mustache) and had it powder coated Denim Black.

I have the regular mustache guard on mine, but I like the the bars from Lindby.

Not exactly cheap, but they have a few styles to choose from and all seem to be available in black. http://www.lindbycustom.com/index.htm
