Default Turn Signal flashing quickly

Fast flashing indicated a defective bulb - If the front signals are HD LED signals - they are probably corroded and shorting out some of the LED bulbs - and reducing power consumption triggering the ECM to think there is a bad bulb.

I have gone through 2 sets of Harley Davidson LED turn signlas - both front and back. I dismantled the first set and noted that there is corrosion on the circuit board - time frame varied from a few months up to 2 years - very frustrated - should last the life of the bike! May resort to putting stock lights back on or going after market.
