Chops,
Awesome, man. The bike looks amazing. I agree that the struts look great. One of a kind and (I hope, for you) worth the effort. Thanks again for sharing so much information and great photos along the way. You are truly an inspiration to the rest of us.
Good luck, ride safe, and ride smart.

Chops,
Super work is great to see something so unique hope you got time to take it out in the FL sun. Saw you used a 65T rear pully but did say what size for the clutch pully or belt length/ number of teeth. If you could fill in the blanks along with where you got the belt that would help as I have mine on the lift half gutted.
Peace,
AZ1

Azaz....If you want to keep the stock 3.15 gearing, and I recommend that after trying 2.925 which sucked eggs, to run a 65T rear drive pulley, you'll have to replace the belt with 130T (Gates Polychain, Custom Chrome # 42-780) and tranny pulley to a 30T.
This will give you a 3.12 overall which is basically back stock.
The stock setup uses a 70T rear pulley, 32T tranny sprocket and 135T belt.
Good Luck!

Chops,
Thanks for the feedback. Has taken some time with my gross mechanical skills but managed to get down to the primary coming off now just waiting on more crazy sized tools to get the clutch pully off and then on to the swingarm to change belts. Praying it all fits but here is the combo I chose. 33T clutch 65T rear & 132T belt looking for lowering the RPM yes I know it will be a bit of a dog at start ups but cool with that and figure the motor mods will provide a bit of compensation.
