My Vee Rubber (blem) just arrived. The blue coating on the whitewall jsut peels off unlike other whitewalls I have run. So, I peeled nearly all of it off (and cut myself under my fingernail D'OH!) and it looks pretty darn good. this is a blem that I got directly from VEE who did not want to even sell me a blem as they were concerned I was going to be unhappy with the tire. It seems as if the tread is not quite as deep as it is on my Avon (I'll measure once the Avon is off) but aside from that it looks a lot better than I expected.

I gotta pull my wheel off and head over the the shop to get this swapped. It looks more like this is going to happen tomorrow morning but I am excited. This tire looks so much bigger than my 90/21 and rightfully so as it is. I will reserve judgment for now but imagine that my bike will ride a lot better with this than the 90/21 I have stretched onto my 3.5" rim. fI am going to order another so I have a spare on hand just in case.

I'll see what I can do on Monday. The container full of Vee Rubbers in on a cargo ship on it's way as I type. I think about a month until it arrives at which time I will be able to as many as people need.

I talked to the VP of vee rubber and he said the NON-Blems will be here in about a month. Im 11th on the list to get a call for one. Just hope the boat dont sink
