Wow i'm having the EXACT same issue. I was shopping for the same setup and was thrown a curveball today and told that I needed a 18x4.25 instead of a 18x3.5 for the rear.

I called Hot Hawgz today and they quoted me $1,650 shipping included on the items below. I've seen the rims and bearings on Ebay for $860 but I'm trying to see if I can get the tires elsewhere. I'm sure they won't be 350 a piece so i'm searching for those. The tires quoted below are for Shinko or something like that.

-120/70/21 FRONT WHITEWALL TIRE
-150/60/18 REAR WHITEWALL TIRE
-21 X 3.5" FAT SPOKE WHEEL, CHROME DISH & HUB WITH POLISHED
STAINLESS SPOES AND NIPPLES
-HH184.25FSW - 18 X 4.25" FAT SPOKE WHEEL, CHROME DISH & HUB
WITH POLISHED STAINLESS SPOES AND NIPPLES

Yeah I want the same setup, except I want black rim. Ive talked to JD at Hothawgz myself and I just dont want to spend that much on damn tires. BUT, we will have to wait if we go with Vee rubbers. And no offense Drew and the guys at Vtwin, I just dont want any blems for tires. So guess I will have to wait til late May or Early June, whenever That Cargo ship is supposed to get here.

Your bike looks killer right now with that 18 on the front. What brand tire is that?

Country...
Drop me a line, I have phone numbers for some guys at Vee... and their preferred distributor's numbers too. If they can't help, I can always call the Vice Pres of Vee Rubber USA, and ask who we need to talk to, to get you squared away. Let me know brother!

I spoke to the VP of Vee here in the States about 2 weeks ago, and he told me that they were expecting a LARGE shipment of tires (120's and others) due in around April 16th'ish. He said it would take about a week to get everything off-loaded, sorted, and prepped for shipment to the Distributor. So, you may get lucky!

As for Drew selling Blem's... that is not true, as far as I know. Drew happened to get lucky like myself, and Vee shipped him a blem. I was told, that Vee WILL NOT be selling anymore blem's, as they want everyone to have the best product available. That way, customer is happy... and potential buyers can see a "Quality Product". If I am wrong about Drew carrying blems... please correct me, so I can send him some business. I know some guys wanting some, after seeing the one's I got from Vee.

As I said earlier, give me a shout and let's see if we can get you in-touch with someone, and get you a 120!

Hey Strat, its a HD Dunlop, same as the rear just in a 18 inch. Has the HD stamped on it too. K177 is what it is.
