Derby cover torx's are always a t-27. A t-25 seems like the right size but is not. Many a bolt have been stripped by a t-25 so make sure that you have a 27 on hand. A lot of sets don't come with the elisive t-27 so go out of your way to get one. My all in one fold up torx has a 27 and I also bought one for my ratchet so I am always covered. Once you get them off repalce with alllen heads and tell the dealer not to put the torx back in. Why would they do that? That is reason enough right there for me to not go to the dealer.

That's exactly right. I was trying to fit a T-25 bit into a T-27 bolt. It pays to have either good vision or good glasses. I guess the old saying the right tool for the right job, or something like that, is always true. By the way, I AM going to another dealer now...
