Default What is the least amount I can lower the rear on my Lo?

Can it be lowered one inch?...a half inch?

can I do it with stock setup (meaning, is there a bolt adjustment trick)

Lol, sorry...can't pass this up.

The LEAST amount you can lower your Lo is 0.00". You can get away with doing no lowering whatsoever.

I crack myself up.

Maybe Lo's are different, but on my Softie there is no height adjustment. you can adjust preload though.

You can get an air ride suspension shotgun shock will bring you low, if you shave your bump stops i think you might even be able to sit it on the frame.

i put a lowering kit on my LO, dropped close to 2 inches but not quite there.

i LOVE the look but it rides like a rigid... i dont mind because im a bar hopper but if you go on long rides i would strongly advise NOT to use bolts.

With the bike already being lowered from the factory all kits may not work for you as with the Deluxe models.I used the Progressive lowering kit which will allow you to go from stock height and up to two inches lower. So the choice is yours on how little or how much you lower it.

Larry,

Save up and get the shotgun shock. It was the best mod I have done and I can lower it form 0" - 3 1/2". It rides really great at any hieght.

I don't use the pssenger pillion on my lo, but I will throw on a 1 1/2" thick phantom pad when my wife wants to ride on my sled. She thinks the phantom seat is more comfy than the stock lo passenger seat lol. Trust me, it's the air ride!

I used lowering bolts on mine, but I only brought the back down 1". Sure if you drop all the way down it will ride like a rigid frame, but if you only drop an inch, it'll ride as good as stock ... while riding solo anyway.
