Ok, not sure if this "normal" but the bike cuts out when going up inclines and around corners when the fuel is low. One time the fuel light was on and today it was just about to come on. Or should I have this checked out ?
Not normal. Even after the light comes on it should have plenty of fuel in the pump to keep your pressure up. Not sure what could cause it unless your light doesn't come on until you are just about OUT of fuel. When your light comes on and you fuel up, how much fuel does it take?

Have you changed anything lately, like a tank lift or something?
depends on if you are out of fuel or not as that is what happens when you are out of fuel. If there is still a gallon of fuel still in the tank then the fuel pump pickup is not right, you will need to take the pump out to find the problem
Maybe you have a pin hole in the fuel line in the tank for the fuel pump. I had this happen on my ride and when the gas hit a certain level it ran like crap. This is not normal for an injected bike.

yeah nothing changed to the tank or anything. Only thing recently which has been a while is that I had it tuned and a pc3 installed. When the fuel is low and I've filled up, it took right at 4 gallons. When its full or even half full, it does not do this. Crap, gonna have to have it checked out
I think Drew hit it on the head. The fuel pickup hose in the tank can crack or even have a pin hole in it that can cause this. As soon as the hole is exposed by the fuel level dropping below it, it will suck air and cause the injectors to lose pressure. Not a very difficult fix. Just time consuming.
