Are you guys leaving the baffles in or taking them out? How do they sound with and without? Do I need to remap my PC III if I take them out?

I have the original Longshots on now without the baffles and was wondering if anyone could compare the two.

This might help some...

http://www.cyclespot.com/baffles.html

They do some tests of the baffles with a DB meter

I have never taken the baffles out so can't comment on that but I can tell you they are LOUD. When I was at a ralley earlier this year, they had a loud pipe competition. Well, I don't know how I did because I left early, but I hit 128db with the baffles in.
