Maybe just a teensy bit over the top

Thanks very much. Sooner or later I'm sure I'll snag one of those windshield bags!

Bike does look sweet. I took your advice a couple years ago and went with the longer version of the Fat Cat. Recently found a decent deal on a set of almost new Springer Bags and added them to the bike. Shape and design of your bags look very similar.

OBP, those bags look amazing. A great match to your bike.

I have become a fringe person lately!

OBP, I actually almost bought the exact same bags you have. At the time it was a toss up between Osprey and Iron Bags. Iron bags was offering a 15% discount at the time so I figured now is the time to buy. If not for the discount, my bike would probably be sporting the Osprey's right now. They both make great bags!

Interesting! As a matter of fact I emailed them and asked if they were planning on offering any discounts and they said no, which is why I passed. In my opinion the Iron Bags are the best looking bags out there -- but in terms of value for money the Osprey bags can't be beat.

I painted the outer trim red on my all black heritage mudflap with fringe. Red trim ones online was 195 dollars. I bought mine for 50, painted it and it looks good.
