21 upfront... The issue isnt the stand it's the stand with the new kickstand bracket I had to buy with my new forward controls. If I had my old forward controls on I'd be fine with my stock stand. This new bracket doesnt allow my stand to go past 90 degrees and when you lean the bike to the left it barely moves with the weight of the bike.

Certainly anytime you lower a bike without changing the jiffystand, it's going to sit a lot more upright which = Bam!!!!

I have the Ness adjustable rear mount and my bike almost sits straight with 422's. I don't think I'm going to be able to leave it slammed when I put my shotguns on.

It's different for every model. You don't need to do anything with the stand on the LO. I slammed mine down about 3 1/2" and it only brought the bike up on the stand about an 1", which is still a good lean.

This is mainly because the stand is pretty far forward on the LO. I know this is different than your situation, but the new LO owners need to know, since I've been asked this a lot.

Take out the bottom part of the stand and cut approx 3/4" off the threaded area...... There's still plenty of threads left...... Oh, and if the "foot" of the stand sticks out too far for your liking, place a washer or 2 between the front mount and frame where the bolt is....... It will pull the foot toward the swingarm a bit.

After lowering, mine tipped over in the garage. I was cleaning the front end and turned the bars all the way to the right. Over it went, I was lucky, I had a service cart sitting beside of the bike and the bar caught on it, no damage.
I went the next day and purchased a 1 inch under jiffy stand.

I've had no problems with mine when parked on level ground. I won't even try to park on any slope!

I have a std stand and never had an issue with that on level ground. There have been spots where it wouldn't lean and was straight up and then just moved it. In the garage it's fine. I was looking at a rear stand at some point

Thanks Chuck! Those are some great tips. I'm gonna work on that when the Shotguns come in.

Default K stand

If it is lowered 2 inches ,yoi need a 2 inch sorter stand or like chuck said a plate wedge or bouth ,you can go with a rear adjustable or a 10 0r 11 inch stand ,all you have to buy is the shorter l bar ,you can use the same mount and spring, that is what im doing.the arlen ness like chucks is around $200 ,but if you ever take off the sho you can still use it.I DON'T KNOW WHY THE INSTALLER DIDN'T DO IT OR ATLEAST TELL YOU.http://i1087.photobucket.com/albums/...0/IMG_0270.jpg
