couple of notes on the Hogrida:
-- you might need to bend the backing plate a little bit to fit your fender closely (easily done)
-- my plate didn't actually fit onto the studs. Needed to enlarge the holes in it a bit to get it on, especially after I bent the hogrida to fit better
-- the acorn nuts I received weren't polished much. I sanded/polished mine (or you could just buy new ones). For you FBL guys, you'll prob want to paint them black anyway.
