Any new comers to the 21" tire game?
I have decided to finally pull the trigger on the 21" wheel swap. I really want to do a 21x3.5, but all the 120/70-21 white wall tires are SUPER expensive. Are there any other companies making these tires beside HotHawgz, Vee Rubber, and the Avon that Native Customs sells "exclusively" from their store for almost $500!!!!???? If I can't find a more readily available tire, I will just go with the 21x3, and stretch a MH90-21. I heard that the Metzler MH90-21 has a taller sidewall, is this true? I want to fill my 2003 Heritage fender the best I can, but I am not paying that much for a 120. Hopefully someone will start making these soon, since it is now a big craze! Thanks guys!

I put a 21x3.5 on my Deluxe. The way I figure is that the wheel cost more than the tire so I stepped up with the 3.5. Someone else will most likely make a white wall for a better price. I put the VEE Rubber on bike. I like the look and it fills the fender. I wouldnt stretch a narrow tire on a 3" wide wheel. I know guys are doing that but the tire is not designed to be on that size of wheel. Just think about the safety factor!

Where did you get your Vee from? They are kinda hard to find. I like the looks of the 3.5", but damn... it's gonna be hell finding a reasonably price tire for it. Also, are you running a tube? If so, what size? Thanks for the intel, T !
