Default After market seats on a 2011 lo

Hey guys and gals looking for some pics and comments on seats for a lo...i`m looking at Lepera Silhouette deluxe solo, talked to Ashley at Lepera for some samples, must say really cool people....like the program of sending you a trial seat to ride around with....talked to corbin, and pretty much blew me off and never sent me and samples and i called them twice....anyway...still have stock bars ,i`m looking for a seat that puts me back a couple inches without bringing me up....the lower the better in my stubby legged eyes....thanks ....ride safe and watch out for them freakin texters....

Lepara makes a great seat. Don't plan on putting more than a hundred or so miles at a time on it thou, it's cool but you might as well be sitting on the frame. There may be a few people that say they go hundreds of miles with no problem but there's a larger crowd that own two seats for that reason.

Man I just put the mustang solo on mine and I LOVE it....it's unbelievably comfortable for a thinner seat but it WILL raise you about 1.5 inches. I wasn't thrilled at ALL about that initially but after a couple of rides I had forgotten all about it.

hey youngneg...did you paint your forks yourself?

the lepera barebones will lower you and move you back a bit.

When I first put one on my deluxe, it felt like I was sitting on plywood. After a few hundred miles it broke in nicely and feels very comfortable to me now.

The Silhouette will bring you down and back as well, just not as much as the barebones.

Good luck in your quest!

got another quick question, anyone have the lepera`s biker air gel in there seat...say it makes the seat firmer....or there COOL leather, repels heat...i would think the gel makes you sit a little higher....

I would consider the C&C Solo. I had the LePera BareBones and didn't like it and it had the gel insert as well. Do a search for C&C and you will see that they make a great affordable seat.

I have the LePera Barebones and love it. It's firm but comfortable for me... IMO way better than the stock seat...
