those seats are bada$$ and the more i see beach bars, the more i like them...
little off topic..I wanted to remove the transmission end cover and do it the same cover as well but was a little unsure of the steps to do so..
Do i need a new "paper" gasket if i remove it and does the clutch cable actually have to be disconnected where it goes into the cover?

You can probably remove the cover, use tape and paint around the cable, but why bother? You need to loosen it to have enough slack to get the cover off, and removing it is not much more of a deal. Plus there is no doubt some oil resideue you're going to want to clean off. DON'T pry the cover off!! Unbolt and it should wiggle off. If it doesn't whack it with a rubber mallet.

I wrapped mine around the heat guards, no problems at all. My pipes are Samson Rip Saws. You definately have an interesting color going there, but I would wrap the pipes to break it up a bit, especially if you're going to paint more parts the same color. Heat wrapping is pretty easy as well.
