I got rubber plugs in there, they are low profile and shouldn't interfere with the bib. Part number 761 or 10228 (both rubber plugs but can't remember which ones I used - one is plastic with HD logo and other is soft rubber).

Ya I ordered a saddlmens bib. Its a $50 flat plastic piece of ****. there is no way it will lay nice on the contour of the fender. Now I have to pay another $8-$10 to ship it back. nice. Just going to stick with the round headed chrome alan bolts.
