Default Convert a standard to a heritage...?

Has anyone seen someone pull this off? Are there pictures anywhere? I want a heritage-look (fenders/forks (at least the beer cans and cowl) and i had a 03 standard fall into my lap for $6700.

Not exactly a heritage but close enough. This was a stock 05 standard originally so yes it can be done. Just prepare to spend lots of money depending on what theme you go with.

You might also check out "Ramhunter's" bike, he did something similar and it looks pretty badass.

I'm doing the same thing as you right now. The FL forks are the major difference between the models, and of course fenders, everything else is pretty much the same. Eventually I'll go with the FL forks too, but the rest of my bike is done.

Gooberdog: Your bike is where mine is headed. Great looking bike.

I am selling the exact fender you need on ebay right now.
Item number: 120696454791 .

There is a Dyna in (guess which section) that is set up like
a Heritage . . . And it looks better than a Heritage.
Looks like a pre-84 FLH.

So yeah . . . lots of options out there.

The horns are Howard's Air Horns. The red & black parts are the original horn cover & derby cover. They were finished by this guy...

When I had an "Fxstc" I never wanted a Heritage per say, but I never did like the "skinny" tire look.
Here is my attempt to modify the "stock version."
Then again, it's "ol scool" I always thought..
