Does it have the dot sticker on the back?

Yea, the licks has the dot sticker. It is a real dot helmet, and you can tell, it's thicker then a novelty 3/4, but if you want a dot 3/4 it's the lowest profile you can get. I have tried them all.

Earlier in the thread mentioned Outlaw did a redesign to meet DOT specs and made the helmet larger. Are these the original ones?

No they're not. The ones that were redesigned were the AX 30010 (gloss carbon fiber) and the AX 30030 (matte carbon fiber).

The one posted above from ebay is the AX 4000 which is the same size just constructed of fiberglass instead of the carbon fiber.

You can find them here: (the one found on ebay is about 1/2 of the way down the page.

Just want to make sure I understand. Are you saying the AX4000 series on the leatherup site are low profile fiberglass like the AX30010 used to be?

Interesting for sure. I picked up a Large old school Outlaw carbon fiber other day from a forum member. I would really like to find a matching gloss carbon fiber in Medium for the wife. If anyone has one in like new condition shoot me a PM. If not I guess I can get her one of these. Would just like to match.

Yes the LU ones are redesigned, but the ebay seller has the original design, look at the interior pics!
