Tattoo Bill - do you have photos of the 3/4 Daytona Cruiser on your head?

How did you shave the foam out of it?

I first wore it for about a week to make sure it would not just break in...I even used construction clamps to try and compress the foam.

I just used a basic wood chisel and carefully shaved a little bit of the foam in the front...where I was getting red pressure marks after about an half an hour. The chisel gave me the control so I would not cut too much out.

Now, I can wear it all day without a problem and it feels just right.

I got an outlaw flat carbon L for sale if anyone wants it. Too small for my father. I'm normally a medium and this large is only a hair loose on me. It was $112 shipped from out guy Dan the man so I'd like to get about that for it.

All the best,
Dan
I just ordered what looks to be the last of the 2XL, Outlaws from Dan. Hopefully I read it right at 1 left. my size is about 23 3/4 maybe a bit more. according to the chart 2XL is the correct size. Would of rather had the Matte than the Gloss, but anything is better than a Mushroom Head..... I'm up to easily over a dozen helmets in search of the perfect lid, maybe this will be the one.

I just got my Outlaw yesterday from Dan on ebay. NOT leatherup.
Helmet on left is a medium 11 1/4" x 9 3/8" HJC.
Helmet on right is a large 10 1/4" x 8 1/4" Outlaw. Attached Thumbnails

There also appears to be a difference in the size chart, wondering about sizing? Anyone with the actual smaller ultral low profile version care to commit on the" fit"
