Matt, it might be the weight and the shell materials. Plus, I think the liner is different too. Might be the same outer shell dimensions, but then using the same outer shell specs makes it easier to get DOT cert, especially if it's a harder material in the outer shell.

Thumbs up

I have both the Daytona and the outlaw. The outlaw is definitely the best looking. best fit... no mushroom head.

only complaint i have after 500 miles with my Outlaw is that >75mph, it tends to slide up and back. Not so much lift, as it is actually sliding off/down the back of my head. If i get it really tight and low in the front, it's not nearly as bad. Only time it moves then is going by big rigs. Think it has more to do with my head shape (oval) than the helmet itslef. Just wanted to pass along the info.

Which style of the ACC? Do you have pics?

I've been running a Vega 3/4 helmet but ordered a Licks Novdot this morning. The Vega has been fine so far; fairly comfortable, reduces wind noise, doesn't lift, has two vents and doesn't look like a mushroom (not too bad...not enough to care about) but I've been wanting to try a Licks since reading about them here.

When my Licks gets here I'll take some photos for comparison.
