Also use one like the red one, from Pep Boys, ~$50. They work fine. Not ideal for sure, but work. Just remember to put support under the wheel you are not removing - the bike will tip. lol

OK, I decided I was just going to get the cheap $119 Red Craftsman from Sears so I could at least pull my wheels off next week. Then I started reading the pathetic reviews on that unit. It has terrible reviews. Anybody interested can read them at this link: http://www.sears.com/shc/s/allreview...d=00950190000P

Even Harbor Freights $89 yellow unit has better reviews than the Craftsman. Here the reviews link: http://www.harborfreight.com/automot...-2792.html?p=2

Once you get it jacked up and the locking pin in place, it's pretty solid. Hell, give me just a little while, and I'll post a video clip to show everyone........

Not sure if this will work for you or not, but here's an idea. I've been thinking about a lift table also and was worried I wouldn't have enough room, but I'm just gonna leave it on the floor and park my Silverado Pickup over top of it.

I've got the clearance under the truck to clear the table when it's all the way down.

Course, if you've got a lower vehicle, this probably won't work for you.

Here ya go. Here's a quick clip of the lift in action. It locks in at 18 inches, or 28 inches high. I have it at 18 inches in the clip. Please note that my bike is NOT strapped down. It's simply parked in the wheel chock. As you can see, it's plenty stable even though it isn't strapped down. Best money I've spent so far.......

I always feel out of place with my Pep Boys jack. Everyone complaining or bragging on thier HF, J&S, or Craftsman jacks.
Hell, I think I paid 29 dollars, on sale, for it, 7 years or 8 years ago. It is not the best jack, but works fine.

I just got the Harbor Freight Lift and love it. Not a professional but for home use, it's great. Changed out the front wheel clamp for a chock they sell and it works great.
