Default Getting baffle out of Fat Cat

Need help. I've tried putting a whole can of WD40 down the muffler, even drilling holes in the baffle to get more oil around the baffle. I've read instructions on D&Ds site. Tried a screw driver and mallet. Nothing works so far. The pipe only has about 100 miles on it, but if I have to buy a new muffler, them I should have just bought a new system.

It must be the quiet baffle that is in there. The packing tends to melt to the pipe.

D&D quite often will recommend just buying a new muffler housing when this happens.

I pulled my end off with the regular and need to go to the big boar baffle setup... Let me know if you want it or do a swap? I pulled mine out with no problem but it was never ran and after some work, came out.
