Is this solved? What was the ultimate solution?

I received a 1/2" pulley spacer and pulley hardware for free from Ride Wright today. This will allow enough room between the belt and splash guard.

I will most likely pull everything apart this weekend and mount the spacer. I don't see why it wouldn't work, but I will let you know the end result.

One problem solved. I am glad we got it all figured out and RW got the spacer to you in one day. This is the first issue I have had with them and they lived up to my expectations and got the customer taken care of ASAP. Thanks for your patience and business. This is evidence alone that Dr. V-twin will bend over backwards to please his customers.

No final conclusion from me until everything is mounted on LFTD1's ride and we hear the problem is completely solved.

Got the 1/2" spacer mounted up and were good to go! Thanks again Drew.

Never have I had a manufacture (Ride Wright) send me something for free (spacer) next day aired and throw in a set of polished stainless hardware as well. The Doc and Ride Wright will have my service as long as I'm right side up.

I'm a pro at pulling my rear wheel now! Had the wheel off, new spacer on and re mounted on the bike in about 10 minutes.
