A & B for sure / do the labor yourself / it you get stuck then get help from your local indy. Around here there are some really good guys for 50 -55 hr.
If nothing else, do the Bars. It will change the whole look of your bike.
And not to mention how much better the bike feels and handles. I installed 16" wild ones a couple years ago. I purchased them from Hill Country Customs. I got the bars, chrome controls, braided brake line and cables, Electrical wires ran inside the bars. I paid under 7 bills and install was about 4 hrs.
