IMO you really don't need to do anything with just the pipes. Add you a SE Stage I A/C kit(easy) and a PCV from Fuel Moto....it will come with a plenty good map and will run like charm.

 

I got a PCV for an 09 Softail. Might fit your bike. Its listed in classifieds.
