Like I said, ive got 18 inch gangsters with Carlini Piston Risers, at high speed, bar hopping, no Issues at all. You change out your bars, put Poly Bushings in, you'll thank me later. Makes a Big Difference, when running apes. Go with the EVIL'S..... 2 Cents

I decided to go with the evils apes, I just don't know what size, everyone says theree higher than advertised, I was. Thinkin 14's but I just measured up on my bike and it doesn't look very high, its the middle of winter here so I can't even go sit on one and get a feel for them,

Go to the Carlini site, they have a picture of a guy sitting on a bike showing the height and fitment of the different bars. Also keep in mind that it's not necessarily your overall height, but the length of your torso which translates into how high you sit in the saddle.

Hill Country Customs also sell some good handlebar kits, and they can get you most brand name bars, including Carlinis...complete with wires, cables and controls, pre-assembled or whatever you choose depending on your skill level of installation.

I don't know if the evils measure the same as the gangsters but 14s are comfortable at shoulder height for me. ( 5' 10" )

Another thing is the evils come in only 14" and 17", if they measure a bit taller and with the risers they sould be around 16" anyway right?
