Let me know what day and I'll see if i can make it. So far it is looking pretty ugly. I'd like to see everything first hand.

What a mess Chris. Grampas lucky to have you.

He's right though ya know. He's too ornery to die! (Love that guy)

Good luck with the repair. Larry is da man. You're in good hands.

yeah its a mess but luckily it is fixable and i have Larry (KK6pg) to help!

im going over to my gramps house to see how he's doin today, to make a long story short he ended up tripping and falling while searching the trunk of his car for his repair manual for the bike and might have broke one of his fingers...He's a fighter thats for sure...he told me he crawled to something to help him get up (he has two prosthetic legs). He also told me he taped his finger to another so it doesnt heal, as he put it "fvcked up!" lmao

Chris, go ahead and pull the top off the motor. I'm curious to see if a piston came up to meet a valve. And lets hope a lifter didnt decide to drop down beside the front cam.

well i didnt get as much done as i had hoped...got about an hour of work done..30 of it was wasted on the a/c screw!

i managed to drain the tank...all over me and everything else lol

i pulled the plugs...it looks as if it is running really rich...

the last person to remove the air cleaner screw used loctite so i had to dremel a groove into it to get the dam thing out....

im gonna pull the rockers tonight and possibly the heads...
