I was thinking of putting a set of Samson True Duals 33" on my 08 Fatboy. Does anyone have pictures of these on a Fatboy? It seams like all the bikes I see with them are the Deluxe.

Bro almost every one that has them on the fattys has a heritage fender on the sled so its like looking at a deluxe anyway

Those pipes ensure that you do not stand up too far while doing wheelies. Nice safety factor.

 

Dude, I posted a thread almost identical to yours (I also own an '08 FB) a few months ago, but it turned up no pictures (guess nobody - on these forums, anyway - has done it yet) and the common consensus was that the look wouldn't fit the bike mainly because of the short rear fender.

I'm currently looking into options for extending my rear fender. I have 18" apes, custom LePera seat and custom wheels sitting in my shed, but not installed because I have yet to pin down a finished image in my head and not sure what other mods I might want to do while I have the wheels off, tank off, etc. I will save the exhaust mod for last and if I end up extending my rear fender, I will probably solicit opinions from these forums as to what exhaust to go with.
