Default fxcwc rocker front axel torque

Getting ready to install a flush mount axle. The directions say to torque the front axle nut to 50 lbs, but the Manual says 60-65lbs. Any guesses?

Directions? What are those? LOL! Your best bet would be to go with the spec listed with the axle kit. Do they have a tech line you could call with your concern? Chances are it's a different material or hardness than stock which would require a different torque value. Just out of curiosity, what brand is it and do you like the quality? I'm looking to get one for mine to clean up the front till I decide on a different front end.

Default flush mount axle

Can't remember the manufacturer. Found it on ebay made for Rockers. I'm waiting for new spacers before I put it in. I think Dragonslayer08 knows. I'm new to the forum and still haven't figured out how to ask him.

Looks like the same one I bought and installed a couple of years ago. Followed their instructions and it's worked great since. Get the tapered spacers and it will really clean up the front end. When I need to change the tires I'm going for the HD chrome wheels. Reasonable too.

Bro I believe forum member, Puzzled is the guy selling the flush mount axles on Ebay. I think he will give you a discount too, since you're a HFD member.

Nice looking axle. If I didn't already have Heartland covers on mine, I'd get one.
