Probably make it look more like a Night Train. Wider rear tire, some cooler bars, custom wheels. If I was buying a new bike today, the Blackline wouldnt be my first choice, nor would I even consider it. These days, the Dyna WG takes the bait.....
To start cheaper, I would go with removing the pillion and adding a fender bib. Then swap the handlebars for street slammers.
Change the mirrors for circular ones (the bike has a lot of curves so the stock don't really match up). Then add some typhoon wheels or 6 spoke slotted black.

Man your all about them HD accessories lol. Just bustin your ***** bro. That bike is screaming for that fender to be cut a little shorter with a leather wrapped seat pan/spring seat, a set of 12" apes kicked forward (RSD), some white walls, and some short wrapped pipes and velocity stack. Take any of that chrome and hit it with some scotch bright. That bike would be sick "exiled".
