Wow fellas, thanks for the info. Seems like with everything else it is all based on the luck of the individual and the cops desire to get you or not. I am going to do some measuring and my shoulder height and then make a decision. I'm 6"4, so my shoulders are pretty high. And, the bars I want are 15 inches, but the grips actually go back down toward the ground. We'll see how it all turns out. I just know that I DON'T like the stock Rocker C risers, bars, or seat, so they are coming off one way or the other.

Wow talk about being bored. Pulled over for bars while people texting and yacking on the damn phone drive right by. But like mentioned before it comes down to the cop. I have lots of non legal things or lack of things but I just try to not draw attention to myself. I got pulled over on my old chop for speeding but the dude just commented on my bike and let me go.
