It'll grab the grooves in the freeway WAY harsher than the stock 16" tire did....

Be prepared for the butt puckering the first time it happens on a good crack, It'll steer your bike where ever it feels like going.

I didnt notice a big change but also put a metzler on and they dont grab the grooves like the dunlop does. Handles a little better if you ask me.

This is a stock Harley 21 x2.15 rim with a 90-90-21 Avon Venom Tire on my Deluxe. It looks a bit narrow under the FL front fender from the front view. But it handles fine .I live in NY, some of the worst roads around. The only difference I felt is that it rides a bit stiffer.I dont think that is from the 21, but because I lowered it 2" up front and used the SE Heavy fork oil.I was warned about grabbing the grooves etc.I can honestly tell you I have never had a real problem with that at all.

My thoughts exactly. Metzleers do not have any tread that goes the same way as the grooves in the road.

I added a 21" to my 09 deluxe and I dont feel the road snakes half as bad as when I had the stock 16" in the front. I could not be happier with the way it rides.

Like I always say.. if you know how to ride than you know how to ride... it won;t bother you at all... My Lexus catches more groves on the fwy than my 21x3 does and I am running a Speedmaster with straight tread.

That is a good way to put it, but everyone is different. I noticed a difference as soon as I looked at my bike. I started to drool!
