I put V&H 2-1 Pro HS pipes on my 05 Fat Boy and they sound great - loud when you need them and just right when cruising. I did notice a change in sound after upgrading to 95" jugs and may change them to Reinharts. Looking at dino results the SuperTrap systems seem to offer the most power if thats what your after.
