I've wondered very recently about a set of shorter ape style, something like the RSD Vintage Short Stack. I thought that by keeping them shorter I would still have more of that drag bar feel with the ape hanger look. Any thoughts pro or con?

 

I have drags on my Lo, but do like the way apes look. What ever you choose get them thick. The Fat front screams for thick bars. I went with 1.25 should of went with 1.5 good luck.

 

I agree, that is my one concern about the RSD Short Stack, i worry they will be a little narrow for the bike. I do have the Street Slammers on my short list too, actually they are at the top of the short list right now. Got a few weeks to decide before serious riding time starts so i'll keep asking questions and studying. thanks for the advise on 1.5" bars, they will look best.
