That orange bones looks pretty sick! Glad they took the cartoon off the oil tank, that's the reason I did not get one. Don't regret my fatboy, but the lo is damn nice too. Like said, go ride them, they do ride differently.
I too had to make the same decision. I have an 08 Cross Bones and I love the bike. Of course like any other bike nothing stayed the same. New seat , rear fender, 2 set of bars, stripped the lights off, lowered the rear, foward controls and still not even close to being done. But we all know this. Not to many people have the Bones. Dare to be different.
Which one feels right? Which one makes your heart race in your chest when you sit on it? Which one puts a grin on your face so big you can't blow it off with dynamite?
Answer those questions; then sign on the dotted line, ride the **** out of it and don't look back.

Well said. I went with the cross bones because I love the look and feel of the bike. The front end maintenance is not that difficult after the first time while you're learning.
You know my vote. Seriously, feel is everthing, as each scoot has its own style. If you plan on doing a bunch of mods, and have a vision, then that's the type of bike you should go for. Both of these bikes are great head turners, especially when spruced up a bit, and don't let the springer front end maintenance scare you away; it's very straightforward.
