a before & after - these are 11 year old bags, ends more caved in and mis-shaped than you can see - made installing the end inserts a big pain, but the result is evident. These things work.

I did the gotsaggybag kit on mine and worked great. My father-in-laws where getting to the point where they were really bad. I did it on his as well. Outstanding product, albeit kinda pricey. But it works well. The one piece of advice I would give is prior to doing it condition the bags really really well to soften them up a little. I think they recommend this in the instructions as well. Seems to help getting the pieces inserted, and the top to lay down flat better for when you glue it. Use a ton of weight on the lids to flatten them real good when gluing. Good luck.

I've seen them as well. Good product if your bags are just caved in on the top. If you have deformity on the front or back like mine were GSB is the way to go.

I put in the GSB kit last month. The bags look great! The procedure was tough to do but worth it - even if pricey IMO. It takes a bit to get the hang of following the seam lines and I did have to trim the side panels. Just know it's not a breeze out of the box. You still might want to do the beach ball thing since the outward side panels still might have previous stretch sag to them.
