I put one on my Road King Classic. Plug n Play. One screw off. Swap out the gauge put on the connector and put the screw back in. Works like a charm.

It a Harley unit, Combination Digital Speedometer/Analog Tachometer, 299.99 one of the cheaper speedo/tach combos they sell.

Bright when it's lit up. The color in the picture doesn't do it justice.

Right. It actually lights up cherry red. My picture is only an idea.

I was looking at that one too. Just have one question for those who have done it. Does your odometer start over at 0 or is there a way to transfer your mileage?

"Does your odometer start over at 0 or is there a way to transfer your mileage?"

You have to order it and it gets set at the factory to the mileage you specify. I ordered mine from Chicago HD and told them to set it to 7500 miles or whatever I was coming up to and then swapped it out for the old one that had just clocked up the same mileage.
