Looked at it again, looks like the only parts you need are

1-6, 8, 19-25

The bits going into the rocker should just stay the same.

Guess that washer in your list is a stray item ...

 

ya thats what i suspected as well ..its a difficult job to do by yourself but can be done i have helped a friend with his and 3 hands are required lol
