Wow That is a great pic.Wish I had that visual when I ordered my Carlinis. When I first got them I would have swore they sent me 18's instead of 16's.When I did my crude measurements they were over 17 1/2 inches. That pic will be very useful to some one.

So are they both 16" at the bend? Or are they women's clothes that claim a smaller size than they are so she feels sexy?

Forgive my ignorance but the carlinis look odd. Those are 1.5 thick? The wild 1 's look like toothpicks for a 1.25 bar.

The Carlini's have the protective foam on them still. I didn't want to scratch them.

Just... IMO... The Carlinins have great bends to them. Knuckles are forward on them. And more flatter/even out... Nice design.

Now look at the ChubbyWild1's knuckles are sideways with alot of pullback. Hand bends are bent downward also. Im not a great fan of ChubbyWild1 apes. To many better options out there.

I am a fan of forward facing knuckles as well, but I avhe to say the Wild 1's were very comfortable, much more so than I would have thought by looking at them. Plus you can push them forward so your hands are pretty much forward facing which is what I did.

Any idea on the comfort level of the Carlini Gangster apes. The pull back is only around 9" were as the wild 1's are at about 11". I know you can adjust them both back and forth but you can only go so far till they look wrong...right. I've been wanting apes for about a year and have narrowed it down to 14" gangsters or 14" wild 1's.
I'm 5' 10" about 165lbs. if that helps. It drives me nuts cause you can't sample them unless you have them on and no one round here has Carlinis to try and those are the ones I like the best for looks on my Fatbob. It's just that forward bend makes me nervous about comfort.

I have the flyin apes which bend the other way, so I really don't know how the gangster apes feel.
